These nozzles are set with a cracking pressure of 205 Bar.

Fitted on the following International engines: D239, D179, D358 And BD154.

Over time, the injector nozzle internals can become weak and worn, causing the nozzle spray pattern to become uneven or cause the nozzle to leak. Usual signs of this are: poor starting, fuel making its way into the engine oil sump, hydro locking, or a strong smell of unburnt fuel when the tractor is running.
Nozzle replacement is a simple process, usually fixed to the injector with a threaded sleeve.
