Warranty Information
All products come with a 12-month replacement warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship but does not cover wear and tear, incorrect installation, lack of maintenance, accidental damage, misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications. This warranty is available only to the original purchaser, with proof of purchase required. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all products are installed by a qualified technician, following the manufacturer’s instructions. Before installation, all products should be checked for compatibility and purpose.
Ownership of Goods
All products remain the property of McCourt Agricultural until full payment is received.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact our sales team as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled through our delivery service. Refusing to accept a delivery is not an acceptable way to cancel. If delivery is refused, the goods will be returned to us, and any return and handling charges will be deducted from the refund.
Consumer Rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, and you can get a full refund if you are not satisfied, change your mind, or if the goods are faulty. Notify us within 14 days of delivery. We ask that items are returned in their original condition and packaging. If the items are not in a resalable condition, a refund may not be given. This regulation applies only to EU member states. Non-EU customers will be responsible for any customs charges or taxes imposed by their country.
Returns and Refunds
You have the right to return items without any penalty for a refund, except for special order items. If you return an item because you’ve changed your mind, you must pay the return shipping costs. If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the shipping and return costs. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of postage.
Special Orders
Special or non-stock orders must be canceled before we place the order with our supplier. A 15% handling fee may apply if these items are returned, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a product that is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, notify us within 14 days. We will attempt to repair or replace the item. If this is not possible or if the replacement is also faulty, you may request a full refund or price reduction. Goods should be returned within 14 days of notifying us. Please get proof of postage as we are not responsible for lost parcels.
Liability and Insurance
McCourt Agricultural is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage related to parts or machinery supplied by us. The warranty is limited to the terms offered by our suppliers. All parts must be fitted by qualified individuals. Customers should ensure they have insurance for purchased items, whether for personal use or resale. Goods should be inspected upon delivery for damage or defects.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice.
Price Match
If you find a product cheaper elsewhere, let us know, and we will try to match or beat the price. We will need to verify the quality of the competing product.
Body Panels
Body panels must be test-fitted before painting. McCourt Agricultural will not cover the cost of painting or coating if the panel does not fit properly.

Any references to original equipment, manufacturer names, part numbers, or descriptions are for identification purposes only and do not imply that our parts are made by the OEM.
